Ladies DC (LDC)—a network of over 3,000 women in the D.C. area—is the founding chapter of Ladies America, a national network of young professional women connecting to advance one another personally and professionally, following the motto "Women Helping Women." From lawyers to PR professionals, many Ladies DC members are excelling in their career fields while also pursuing graduate and doctorate degrees. The goal of Ladies DC is to attract extraordinary women who have a real desire to succeed and also be part of a community here in the nation's capital and nationwide through Ladies America.
Through Ladies America, members of Ladies DC are connected across the United States to one another and their communities through information sharing and monthly events, such as dinners, brunches, speaker events, charity events, summits, and panels. Ladies DC provides wonderful networking opportunities both locally in Washington, D.C., and in places like New York, Los Angeles, San Diego, Texas and North Carolina.
