The 2017 Mentorship Program runs from February to June 2017.
The Ladies DC annual mentorship program allows women to learn and grow through one-on-one or group mentorship. In addition, Ladies DC provides monthly thematic content, program-wide professional development, and exclusive participant-only social and educational events.
Each pair and group will work with a Ladies DC mentorship volunteer who will serve as a resource throughout the program, collecting feedback, and working to ensure all participants have a positive and educational experience.
Group Mentorship Experience
Dynamic mentors will facilitate each of the three mentorship groups of four mentees. The topics for the 2016 program are: Being Entreprenurial, Personal Branding, and Starting Your Career in DC. Each group will meet monthly over the course of the program.
One-on-One Mentorship Experience
Ladies DC pairs mentees and mentors based on the skills, experiences, and goals each individual outlined in their application. Pairs will meet monthly for the duration of the program to foster a strong mentor-mentee relationship.
